| In recent years, the intelligence technology is applied systematically to a couple of intelligentized buildings in an area for stratal management. An area thus designed and managed is called an intelligentized residential quarter. This has been extremely popular in the field of architecture since the appearance of intelligent buildings.This thesis focuses on the design and application of integration of weak current system of the intelligent residence. This design is based on advanced approaches and internationally popular technology. It meets the requirements of present-day national and industrial criteria.1. This thesis illustrates the intended functions and the demands of intelligence system integration design of residential areas. It provides the general methods and criteria of the design of the intelligence system of residences.2. This thesis discusses the structural design of intelligence system of residential areas and illustrates the relevant sofeware and hardware principles and programming. This design is based on the application of the widely-used LONWORK bus to the construction of intelligence residences.3.The thesis presents the detailed design process of an intelligentized area, Changchun Qiushi E Jingjiayuan Residence, as an example. Several subsystems are developed, including systems for cctv (closed-circuit TV) monitoring,intelligence system for housing, remote reading of water meter, electricity meter and gas meter, and estate management. The thesis gives a detailed introduction and analysis of the design and planning and the effect of the actualization of all these systems.The integration design of the intelligence system for residential areas and its actualization boasts excellent effect in terms of providing a community characterized by security, comfort, convenience and energy-saving features. This design aims at sustainable development. Meanwhile, it is possible to do some overall planning to optimize and manage all the functions of the intelligence system and fully utilize its resources. |
