Dongsheng Floor Weak Integrated System To Achieve

Intelligent Building(IB) developed with the development of control technology since 1980'.With the development of computer network and communication technology, Intelligent Building is one of the hottest topics in China today.The integration technology of Electric Low Voltage System(ELVS)of intelligent building is one of the most important technologies in the development of intelligent building.It is important to select a pattern that is fit for the actuality in China and the requirement of user when the integration of intelligent building is being thank about. Building Management System(BMS) is the integrated system, which emphasizes Building Automation System(BAS)and gives attention to Fire Automation System(FAS) , Security Automation System(SAS)and Car Parking System(CPS)at the same time.In this thesis , to the characteristic of the complex building of group of Dongsheng , have proposed a kind of scheme based on OPC, it is a foundation of the whole system integration that the floor accuses of the system, integrating regarding accusing of the administrative system in the floor as the platform of the whole system, regarding OPC as the platform of information exchange, each system is as a OPC server, the final integrated end is regarded as the customer end of OPC. The integrated framework of the whole system turns into three layers of structure: The first layer is integration among the subsystems, for example guard against theft and report to the police with the integration among CCTV, set up OPC server on the basis of first floor of integration, form second layers of integration, OPC server goes to the administrative center of information to integrate as the third floor.Finish the function of every subsystem oneself at first in the design, meet the demand of the basic service of complex building; Every sub system equipment operation state is monitored , trouble , maintenance situation , plan of maintaining , maintaining, can store , put in order typing ; Debugging and running working installation, every system can run according to the designing requirement.Secondly carry on the integration among the limited subsystems , meet high-standard functions of management's demands. Such as the integration of the automatic control system of the building and fire control warning system , the automatic control system of the building and security personnel's monitoring system.To the integration of each subsystem of the whole building finally , finish systematic integrating integratively. This system adopts the unified computer operating platform, adopt unified OPC standard agreement.This text has put forward a kind of method with the information integration of intelligent building of OPC technology and provided OPC server and concrete implementation method of OPC customer end, can be more effective to manage the overall situation to all kinds of incidents in the mansion, save manpower , improve mansion response ability to the accident too, on one hand establish and adopt some essential linkages to react first according to the administrator's thing, the integrated interface integrated on the other hand is convenient for person in charge to make decision rapidly, in order to reduce danger and loss that some accidents bring.This thesis is the summary that I work and study in last year.
