Research On Communication Technology In Implementation Of Engineering Project

Engineering Project Management is a special managing system which is aimed at achieving great quality, low cost and high schedule. It has been widely applied in lots of practical programs and has made a further development. I discovered that it is complex, huge and meanwhile a great of resources have been concerned when it comes to carrying out an item. As a result, the amount of the effective communications directly affect whether or not the final goal would be accomplished.Based on carefully comprehensive analysis of related literatures worldwide and actualities of Engineering Project Management in our nation, and closely combining the process of the stage of practicing programs as well as the theories of communication in program management, this thesis deeply analyzes the application of skills in communication under varied conditions and for different objects. The content is as followings. First, the article summarizes the needed management of communication during the administration of Engineering Project. Second, author has made comprehensive analysis about the executing process in Engineering Project , the skills of communication in a team and it between the team and the out side world. All of these are considered about the culture, management and technique. Third, in order to make sure to accomplish the goal of program, the author has introduced the control point of communication and has creatively established a system of the control point of communication. Fourth, the thesis has described the method when dealing with collisions, happened at the high time of carrying out a plan.These following conclusions can be getting in the article. To begin with, the technique of communication is not a simple method, but a combination of all kinds of means, strategies and skills, which can be widely used for communicating, transferring or exchanging the information (include knowledge, advices, emotion, and minds est.) effectively during the process of putting the program into effect. What'more, after deeply analyzing of the communication in the team during the executing process, the skills for a team to communicate can be divided into three dimensions, and they are culture, management and technique. In addition, the Communication Control Point and system of the control point of communication has been introduced. Last but not the least, study of dealing with the collisions that may meet in the process of carrying out a plan had been made and the methods had been concluded. Though the research that has been mentioned above, the thesis made a active exploration for the communication skills used in the process of carrying out programs.
