Research On The Construction Of The Content System Of The Village Construction Planning In Developed Regions

Building a new socialist countryside is a long-term strategy and an arduous task in the near future in our country. Being the core carrier of new countryside construction, the villages are definitely being brought into compiling plan in"Urban and Rural Planning Law". However, due to a huge number of villages in China, the regional differences are obviously. What's more, lacking of the targeted theories to guide, the present village construction planning always follows the practices of urban planning and copies the content of urban planning. As a result, the village planning becomes"invalid"in practice. Therefore, the research on the core content system of village construction planning and its related issues are the key elements to new countryside construction.Taking Huqiao village in Suzhou as a case study of developed regions, this thesis carries out system research on the content system of village construction planning. The central contents are as follows: fully summed up the experience of the village construction planning and the relevance dynamic studies at home and abroad, detailing analyzed the object (village) , the main body (villagers), the present problems and the characteristics of the village construction, this thesis proposes the organic renewal concept in village planning and constructs of eight content systems of village construction planning, including function distribution planning, water system planning, energy system planning, transportation system planning, building system planning, landscape environment system planning, production facilities system planning and the social enterprise system planning. It also puts forward interpretation about every subsystem in detail.
