The safety of the conveyance is the railroad the abyss of time constant topic, along with the development of the Chinese railroad cross over type, the railway department pay more attention to railway traffic safety, and the comprehensive capability and the work safe reliability of locomotive attendants are increasingly high required. In the movement of railroad train, locomotive attendant is key personnel; it is the safety of its work that coming to a decision railroad train directly can circulate normally, the trouble occurrence ratio etc. For the fast customization of the work safety evaluation of railway locomotive attendant , the theory and key technologies of safety evaluation were studied. A main process and key technologies of the work safety evaluation of railway locomotive attendant was put forward in the paper, based on the operation process of standardize, the work safety evaluation of railway locomotive attendant was realized accurately through these ways above.This dissertation is composed of four parts.The first part analyses the theories, method and principles of safety evaluation systematically, clearly defines the basic process of safety evaluation, generalizes and puts forward the guiding ideology of the research, which is on the basis of the method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, the evaluation index of the work safety evaluation of railway locomotive attendant, at the core of systematically evaluating the systemic dangerous factors and their correlations and notarized the weight of the safety evaluation system of railway locomotive attendant.The second part for multiply by the system analysis of the work of railway locomotive attendant safety influence factor and their correlations.From the person-machine-environment system engineering angle set out, combining the system characteristic of the work of railway locomotive attendant, the research analyzed to involve the main factor ,namely:The factor and its correlation of the factor,environment of the person's factor,equipments, make sure according to the analysis while selecting by examinations a motorcycle to multiply by safety evaluation index sign, the point is the factor and the equipments factor that considers a person, wanting to consider to have a high representative,sensitivity,time limited efficacy and safe factor particularly.The third part is the design that multiplies by a safe evaluation of the work of railway locomotive attendant. on the basis of the research analyzed to the method of Comprehensive Evaluation, set up the safe evaluation model of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation by the method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation; According to safety evaluation model, selected the index sign of the safety evaluation system of railway locomotive attendant by Delphi Method and set up the layer structure system; notarized the weight of items by Analytic Hierarchy Process.The fourth part mainly discusses the establishment of safety evaluation index system and the structure of the safe evaluation model of the work of railway locomotive attendant. Based on the operation process of standardize, the safety node of locomotive attendant is established. The author established the safety evaluation system of railway locomotive attendant by Delphi Method, and notarized the weight of items by Analytic Hierarchy Process. Then, the author established a quantitative evaluation model by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.In addition, a practical example of safety state evaluation of a work of railway locomotive attendant is taken with applying the systematic index system and the right model in Hangzhou Locomotive Department.Finally, the chief results and conclusions obtained have been summarized, and also the subjects investigated for the future have been put forward. |
