| The question for discussion is a part of"The Research on Trouble Simulation of Avionics Equipments on A320"whose sustentation fund is from CAAC. The emphases for research is measures of trouble simulation and realization in order to present the phenomenon which comes from system management center on the base of separating avionics equipments'function and trouble. At the same time, provide the most living environment for students who accept training about trouble shooting.On the first, the thesis discusses whole design project of trouble-simulator, indicating trouble-simulator's composing and requirements for design. The whole trouble-simulator is divided into four parts, such as cabin-simulator, electronics-bay simulator, system management center and outward electronics simulator. Their realization measures and the process of establishing avionics system's function model are introduced briefly. The author also clarify that primary content of this paper is measures of trouble simulation and electronics–bay simulator's realization.On the second, the design assignment of electronics-bay simulator is divided into three parts on the base of whole item and electronics-bay's function, such as intelligent control panel (trouble points control measures research), LRU (appearance\connectors of ARINC600 series) and electrical standard practices (wires\terminal blocks\pins). The process of establishing design project for above three parts and realization measures are introduced in detail in this thesis.Finally, the integration of whole electronics-bay simulator and compiling construction file is also an important assignment. The author settle mainly two questions in this phase: one is the reliability of whole electronics-bay simulator (for example, Measures of prevention electricity & magnet commutative interference must be adopted); the other is feasibility in idiographic construction. The thesis brings forward detailed settlement measures aiming at above questions. |
