The ball mill is the important supporting facility which the thermoelectric power station uses massively, its security economy's movement is one of important monitors links in power plant production process. At present, the majority power plants do not yet realize the automatic control, the major part ball mill are also at the hand control condition, the primary cause has two: 1. the ball mill control system is more than 3 inputs, the multi-output's misalignment, the big detention, the big inertia controlled plant, the dynamic characteristic is complex, the mathematical model establishes accurately with difficulty, the traditional controller's parameter is the artificial hypothesis, therefore does not have the parameter auto-adapted adjustment, therefore obtains satisfaction with difficulty the control effect. 2. the pulverizer is accused between the parameter the coupling to be strong one by one, the influence is big, causes the pulverizer convention independent three control the system respectively when the mediation to have resonating easily, therefore, if wants to obtain the ideal control effect to the decoupling.If a controller can solve the above two problems, it can solve pulverizer's control problem. This article uses the fuzzy control principle, based on the movement personnel's experience, in the thorough analysis pulverizer object characteristic and the dynamic characteristic foundation, in view of the De Zhou thermal power plant #2 stove on Intermediate Storage Bunker Ball Mill Pulverizing System has designed the graduation-like fuzzy compound controller. Because the fuzzy rule is formulated according to the outstanding movement personnel's experience, therefore this controller has the good decoupling, moreover, because it has been introduced the integration element, the static error of accused the parameter has been eliminated , thus it had the good robustness.First, this article used Matlab to carry on the simulation, simulate scene operational aspect maximum limit, and made the exhaustive analysis to the simulation result. The simulation result indicated that this article designs the F-I fuzzy compound controller has the good control quality. The parameter accused can quick stabilize nearby the given value under the severe perturbation.Then, this article has conducted the research to ball attrition question of the ball mill steel, it has established the stable state mathematical model which the steel balls in the tube attrite, with by determined that the steel ball optimum gradation, the computation make up the ball parameter, causes the steel ball in the pulverizer to be in the best attire ball quantity throughout and to install the ball gradation.Last, this article has discussed the design which the milling system's entire journey program control opened stops, after the program control has opened stopped the function investment movement, can greatly reduce the movement personnel's labor intensity, enhanced the milling systems operation security and the reliability.
