In order to meet the function of structure , we usually set transfer floor in high-rise building which means lateral force-resistance members are discontinuousness and stiffness is inhomogeneous in vertical. Structure appears weak storey under seismic force. It is harmful to anti-seismic. Girder transfer has more advantages than other type of transfer structure, and the girder transfer floor is used widely, and it has a large development space in the future.This thesis introduces the actuality and the development trend of transfer floor structure, then discusses several calculation models of reinforced concrete structure and several analysis methods of seismic response. Calculation model adopts a frame-corewall structure with girder transfer story. We analyse structural seismic response when girder transfer story is set in different floor and analyse the upper and lower stiffness variation of transfer floor. In the end we analyse the transfer girder which under vertical load by finite element method.By using SATWE, we analyse structural seismic response when girder transfer story was set in different floor. By using SAP2000, we contrast the result of response spectrum method with the result of time-history analysis method .By using ABAQUS ,we analyse the mechanical behaviors of transfer girder.While girder transfer story is set in different floor, we compared the period,displacement, shear force and the upper and lower stiffness of transfer floor under seismic force .We conclude that transfer story set higher, structural seismic response more intense, and its seismic performance is more disadvantageous.
