| Design theory is applied to synthetic optimization in the major technical standards of the railway system.The synthetic optimization is a scientific method of choosing the major technical standard,it makes fixture and transfer harmonious.The idea and method of synthetic optimization is not only used for assorting with the major technical standards,but establishing standards and providing the quantificational technical economy gist of practical railway line. It is value to the economic estimate of railway project.Fristly,the paper analyzes the principle of the synthetic optimization in the major technical standards and chooses design variables with the project of Lanyu railway.The design rariables are significant technical standards,such as the tractive force,the maximum grade,the minimum radius of curves,the distance between railway station on a measured course.These technical standards have major influence on engineering and operation index.Secondly,mathematic models of railway engineering construction disturbs opertation are established by means of theoretic analysis,data statistics,multiple regression and by using the software commonly be able to resolve mathematic problem.It being the fact that the currency has the time value and the demands of traffic volume changes year by year,the objective function is constructed by dynamic- nannual expense method. The constraint conditions are the demands of traffic volume and specification for Railway Engineering.Lastly, there are continuous variables and dispersal variables in the optimization model.This is the optimization about mix variables. Because of only a restricted qualification and most qualification that is integral qualification,it can be taken as a non-linearity restricted problem. So the paper optimizes the problem by complex method.The study shows that the result of the mathemetics model provides a technical economy gist and gives some advice to the job that chooses the major technical standards of Lanyu railway. |
