Inspective manholes is one of the most important constructs in city planning. Go along with advancement of our country, it is the time that the old brick manholes is replaced the new concrete inspective ones more and more. In the latest years, prefabricated concrete inspective manholes by right of their predominance were used in our engineering of city planning more and more, but the analysis and study about them just on the first step. In this paper, three types of prefabricated concrete manholes were tested about static vertical and level capacity. Through the date from the test, the paper has described the elements'breaking up characteristic, discussed the behavior mechanism and made out the structural stress response in the each construction phase, ensuring the security of the structural construction. Then comparing the actual data with the result of finite element analysis by ANSYS software,deduce the conclusion that the two results are identical. For the strain test includes fixing stress and the error from the test instruments, on the one hand the conclusion validates the result of the finite element calculation and ensures the security of the calculation result in applying production, on the other hand it also concludes that the actual data is truer to reflect the structural stress response.It concludes that the structure is very secure basing on the strain test and analysis by ANSYS software. This paper further optimizes the structure with section optimization method and obtains the quite reasonable initial structural configuration form, then carries on the section optimization in order to decrease the dosage of concrete and steel and the engineering cost in the condition of contenting the intensity and the rigidity request of the structure, and make it more economical and optimum.The conclusions basing on the strain test and analysis by ANSYS software about the prefabricated concrete inspective manhole provide us more significative advices and dates on its design and construct in our really engineering and has strong practical value.
