Design And Research On Manhole Cover Automatic Gripping Device

Manhole cover automatic grapping deviceis an efficient opening device that used for rusty manhole cover,heavy manhole cover and cement cover.In daily inspections and maintenance of drainage facilities,the difficulty in opening the manhole cover,and the lack of relevant professional tools,causedgreat inconvenience to the maintenance staff.Based on this situation,related research and design of manhole cover automatic grapping device is carried out.Firstly,the overall scheme design of manhole cover automatic grapping device is carried out.According to the working condition and working characteristics of grab,the general layout scheme of the device is determined.And the basic design ideas of the mechanical structure and hydraulic system are also determined.Secondly,the finite element analysis of the key components of the grab device is carried on.By using ANSYS/Workbench to analyze the stress situation of components and parts in different grabbing stages,and the strength check is carried out to ensure the reliability of key parts.Thirdly,the hydraulic system of the whole device is designed,and the simulation analysis is carried out.According to the required lifting force and enhance the stability of the device characteristics,through the calculation,the hydraulic system of the whole device is designed,and the selection of the hydraulic components is carried out.At the same time,the numerical analysis of the hydraulic system is carried out.The key part of hydraulic system is simulated and analyzed by AMEsim software,obtained for each cylinder working pressure,load characteristic curve and speed,verified the working characteristics of the hydraulic system,provides the theoretical basis for the hydraulic system,increase the reliability of the entire equipment work.
