The main research purpose of the paper is the analysis of the Early Removal Formwork System (ERFS) in the process of construction by the means of Finite Element Method (FEM), and the theory support to the ERFS criterion. The main concepts in relative of the ERFS and the methods of building and removing the formwork have been illustrated, and a general explanation about the analysis of the concrete component through ANSYS software has been given. As well as the explanation, the methods of calculating the other strength parameters in 3-6 days, including the tension strength, the press strength, elastic ratio, has been summarized, and in the end of the thesis, some matters need attention and some dissatisfactory factors in the process of the concrete component calculating by FEM has been pointed out.The research subject of this thesis is the concrete slab. We adopt the parameters from the concrete standard conserved in 28 days as the reference index, and the strength value about the concrete that have not cooled down is obtained through the formulation deduced by statistical regression. By the controls of the different parameters of the concrete slab analysis through FEM, the equivalent stress figures has been acquired, as well as the maximal tension stress, the maximal press stress, and the stress (strain) of the bar. By the analysis of the data we get from the calculation above, we get some conclusions about the concrete slabs which have not cooled down and provide a parameter command stream of the ANSYS software applied in the slabs of certain dimension(2000mm×2000mm×100mm) and ratio of reinforcement(0.008) , so that the farther work of the concrete slabs analysis by FEM can be continued in a more precise way.
