Research On The Evaluation Of The Durability And Remaining Life Of High Pile Wharf

Affected by seawater, RC structures of high pile wharf on piles can not work so long as other RC structures. So researching on evaluation of the durability of existing high pile wharf on piles is very important.The insufficiency of durability in high pile wharf has aroused a wide attention. It can cause great loss in economy or even gives rise to casualty. So the assessment and forecast to durability grade and residual natural life in high pile wharf has become a research work with heavy content in economy and society.High pile wharf is in common use in port, and its durability can be solved by the durability theory of RC structure. But the durability model of high pile wharf on piles has its particularity because of its structure and working environment. This paper gives a useful method for the analysis of the high pile wharf on piles'durability and life.The main content included in the paper is as follows:(1)Many kinds of influencing factor of the high pile wharf in analyzing structural reliability are summarized here. Some analysis to these influencing factor and methods has been given. This paper introduce the model of carbonated concrete,corrosion of reinforcing steel,freeze-thaw damage.(2) This text has summarized the Method of Dialectical Unity of Reductionism and Holism. Further more, it has established the holism Evaluation from materials,work ship in the construction process,design and load condition. The calculation of durability of environment with the model of carbonated concrete,corrosion of reinforcing steel,freeze-thaw damage. Finally it can get the result of the durability and probabilistic life of the high pile wharf.(3)Applying fuzzy mathematics to build the model of the durability and remaining life of high pile wharf with the damage characteristics .This paper import the concept of Subjection level into the fuzzy mathematics. It Commencing on the single complication of the high pile wharf. Finally accounting the durability and remaining life of high pile wharf.(4)The two conclusions have some certain value of guidance for its application.
