The Practice & Research Of Integrated Energy Conservation In Modern Office Buildings

With the development of our country's economy and the improvement of the people's livelihood, the proportion of building energy consumption to the total energy consumption becomes higher and higher, on the other hand, there is poor efficiency problem in building energy consumption in our country, which restricts the development of building energy conservation.The phenomenon that unit area energy consumption is too high exists commonly in public buildings in our country, so studying and analyzing the energy-efficient technology which is applied to public buildings is important to Building Energy Conservation. Taking the office buildings whose amount are maximal in public buildings as the object of study, current situations of energy consumption in office buildings is analyzed, and three mainly factors are pointed out that affects office buildings'energy consumption which are building's hedge structure , air-conditioning system and manage. On the basis of theoretical analysis of the three factors, and connecting the actual project, the main approach that should be applied to the building's energy conservation is brought forward.Using energy rationally should be realized, but not to restrict the using of energy in our country, for restrict with the using of energy may bring about a lot of healthy problem., on the other hand, using energy rationally is to restrict the office buildings'energy consumption to a lower level on the premise that the demands of human beings can be satisfied. Efficiency of various equipment inside the building should be improved especially air-conditioning system, besides cutting down the energy consumption of the building itself. The temperature of the unit can be put to a higher level in the temperature and humidity independent control air-conditioning system than the tradition air-conditioning system, so the efficiency of the unit will be improved, so do the whole air-conditioning system. The efficiency of the system in part load is more important, for the air-conditioning system usually runs under part load conditions.Building Automation System can monitor and adjust the state of air-conditioning system and other system at any moment, which makes the efficiency of the equipments inside the building always at high state. The renewable energy use is the effective action to reduce the conventional energy source consumption and realize building energy sustainable in office buildings.
