With progress over time and advancement in technology, the contradiction betweeneconomic development and resources has become increasingly acute, and energy conservationhas become the theme in today’s world. China is also determined to create a"conservation-oriented society". Buildings consumed significantly more than27%of totalenergy consumption in China, which demonstrated an increasing trend. Among them, buildingelectrical equipment accounted for more than67%of total energy consumption. According torelevant information, energy-saving optimization of the construction equipment can achievereductions in energy consumptions of15%to40%. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthenelectrical energy conservation of building equipment.The electrical automation system of building equipment can not only intelligently andautomatically control electrical equipment in office buildings, but effectively save energy. Ithas long been the key research area in the current office building construction. Throughintelligent means, electrical automation system of building equipment makes clear the statusquo of energy consumption and optimizes the operation mode, thereby achieving energyconservation transformation. Electrical automation system of building equipment has beenproven to be an effective tool to reduce building energy consumption.This paper starts with elaborating the background and status of electrical control systemof construction equipment. It further explores the composition and function of electricalcontrol system of construction equipment, and analyzes its energy-saving mode. The theoryobtained is finally applied to N Company Headquarters Office Center, where an in-depthstudy is made concerning how to construct electrical automotive energy-efficient controlsystem for building equipment. The research work is adapted to automotive energy-savingcontrol system for office buildings and has great theory significance and practical value. |
