After years of development,China is now the largest construction market in the world.In addition to the quantity and quality,modern architecture in China puts higher demands on the technological content and humanization of buildings.China's modern construction projects have several development characteristics:1.The volume of construction projects is getting larger and larger.Super high-rise buildings,large-scale buildings or park construction projects need to be refined operational services and centralized management according to different functional divisions.2.The types and quantity of construction equipment are more and more,and the functions are also more and more abundant.The construction equipment needs to be differentiated and refined according to different building function divisions and different professional equipments.3.Building energy consumption accounts for a growing proportion of total energy consumption in the society.It is necessary to conduct sub-metering and comprehensive energy consumption monitoring of construction equipment,and provide data support and optimization basis for building energy conservation.4.Buildings are increasingly integrated into the Internet of Things and big data,which puts higher requirements on network planning and communication performance.Therefore,the communication efficiency,stability,security and reliability of the network must be effectively guaranteed.The building equipment monitoring system is the brain of the entire building.It will automatically control and centrally manage construction equipment closely related to people's work and life,such as high-middle and low-power distribution systems,HVAC systems,public lighting systems,water supply and drainage systems,fire protection,and elevators.It uses computer network as the communication foundation,automation and computer technology as the core,and has the functions of decentralized local control and centralized management.This paper is based on the BAS system in a large-scale park project implemented according to the highest international standards,the design application of the equestrian training base.The research focuses on the following five aspects:1.Fine control: The project has a total of 42 single buildings,divided into 6 functional areas.The system needs to be differentiated and refined according to different partitions,different types of equipment,and different performance requirements.2.Centralized management: complete and real-time data collection,establish a friendly unified management interface,and hierarchical authority management.3.Comprehensive energy consumption monitoring: detailed sub-metering and complete energy consumption data statistics.4.System network performance: stable,high-speed communication network,real-time network performance monitoring.5.System security: server dual-system hot standby replaces “cloud”,real-time system hardware and software security scanning detection.Finally,the paper also describes how to verify the results item by item during the system debugging phase,and also through the third-party software to test and fine-tune the system to achieve the desired results.At the same time,it also made a summary and outlook.
