| Since the rail net appeared in a large-scale area in 1850s, it brought up a new profession for maintaining the rail-line is introduced, which is daily check of the rail for security reason. The main purpose of check is to measure the geometrical parameters of the rail and subsequently cross-compare with the safety data. If error obtained exceeds the allowable range, the rail must be repaired physically. In China, the recording mode of daily check is manual input by hands and the data types are mainly numbers, symbols and some simple Chinese characters as remark. But this method has many inextirpable disadvantages as followed. The sheets of record cannot be recycled and take up much more room and more environmental requirement; each check worker's cost in the sheets and storing is nearly 200 yuan in every year; for the requirements of the electronical statistics and the safety monitoring of rail, the data of record need to be secondary input, the efficiency of work should be decrease badly and the work force is wasted. We have to develop a new type of recording mode, the portable recorder used in the rail daily check-up, to alternate the traditional mode for its much defect.This paper developed an electrical recorder based on single chip processor. This recorder should add fuel to the fire for the rail's informatization process. It is mainly used for the data collection and the data record, which transforms the electrical data from original data directly. As a result of these above, the recorder avoids data's secondary input and thus improves the reliable of data itself.Firstly, based on the data transferring principle, several main data transferring ways for the developed portable recorder used in the rail daily check-up is analyzed, these involving the transferring way between the recorder's single chip processor and the Chinese characters displaying system, the transferring way between the recorder's single chip processor and the flash memory chip, the transferring way between the recorder's single chip processor and the personal computer. Secondly, based on the functional analysis of portable recorder used in the rail daily check-up, its main functional modules are acquired. The electronical components based on the function are developed and the operating system software of the single chip processor used the KeilμVersion as the developing tool is programmed. Especially, with regard to Chinese characters'display and input which is the difficulties of the development, the crystal module HZ128-64D20 is adopted which is more available than other products in China, the issues are easily cracked down and the development procedure is simplified. Finally, based on analyzing the program flow chart in details, the whole system's function including the electronical recorder's record function, the data store function, the data read function and so on are tested. The experiments carried out demonstrated effectiveness. |
