The Research On The Theory Of Stadium And Gymnasium With Retractable Roof

With the advancement of society and sports industry, back to nature has become the important developing trend in modern sports buildings. In large amount new technique and new materials have been applied in practice exploration, among which retractable roof is the most effective. The retractable roof structure has many advantages such as all-weather usage and so on; the trend of need is increasing in our country. However, the study on the theory of retractable roof is still in starting phase, there is insufficient in the theory of this new type in studying and designing.In this paper, contradiction of open and close is the object of study .The origin and developing progress has been recollected, and from which the origin and developing progress of contradiction has been found. With analysis of the matter function and the spirit function, it pointed out the leading factor of opening and closing contradiction is need, and means to realize contradiction is developing of technology. It has been summed up that the relation in need and the technology developing to functional decision and restricting.On the theoretical analysis basis, it is realized that the retractable roof is one of the technology means to resolving contradiction of opening and closing. It is discussed that technology combined with development of material and equipment technology solving the opening and closing contradiction. The characteristic of retractable roof has been studied from structure, space, and model, the characteristics of this new type are summed up.In the practice of theory, the architectural plan of retractable roof and related problems are studied from the angle of guiding practice, combing with the characteristic of retractable roof. With the analysis of an example, the aspects taking account in the programming of retractable roof buildings are summarized. The contradiction between sports buildings with retractable roof and original standard frame in our country has been pointed out, and fireproof dispersion measures are presented.The characteristics of sports building with retractable roof are summarized, and problems in practice are studied. It is hoped that the studied can be a helpful explosion on this kind of architecture, and can provide some theory basis for practice.
