In the face of modern Western society and post-modernist split, the proliferation of non-rational second-generation representative of the Frankfurt School- Habermas on the position of rationalism, in a bid to the human society through the behavior of Reconstruction to the public domain, thereby overcoming the split. In the end, he distinguished between four types of human social behavior: purpose, norms regulating the behaved and conduct exchanges of drama. Exchanges between the acts of which is in the public domain which in the main body of a dialogue between the language and achieve mutual understanding of the conversation, Habermas ardently hope such exchanges that conduct a rational what reconstruction of human life. However, he to stressed too the exchanges in the language of an independent special status by the so-called pure language of the ideal state, but fell into the CD-language utopia, ignored the importance of non-verbal exchanges. We believe that non-verbal of exchanges in the conduct of environment plays in a very important role. Therefore, this paper on the built environment, the concept of building space, features, functions and start nature of expositions on the life of the world through the built environment which in the description and analysis an attempt to clarify the built environment is the language people exchanges and non-verbal exchanges in this place. In the sense, it acts in human exchanges play an effective regulation, guidance, control, and promoter or hinder the important role of the reality. However, the current trend of thought based on modern construction of the built environment, while considering the significance of building entrusted to a purely physical space, leading to the existing exchanges between the function of the built environment missing, and may ultimately erased based on the construction of equal exchanges. Exchanges are the fundamental means of human survival needs, it must always built on the premises of the built environment, therefore, the construction of indoor and outdoor environment must be fully reflected in the design of human exchanges between the main body, we can really build a beautiful home of mankind. In addition to introduction, this paper is divided the four main components. In the first part, the paper first outlines "association" concept, features and functions, and then from the perspective of exchanges briefly discussed. Habermas's theory of social interaction, he affirmed the theory of social interaction in the use of the phrase on the positive Role, but also further pointed out that the social interaction theory of Habermas in the non-verbal exchanges ignore the serious defects and finally on the non-verbal exchanges between the characteristics and functions. The second part, the paper sought to clarify the built environment is the language people exchanges and contacts between non-language sites. First discussed the concept of the built environment, and then, in-depth step on the built environment - the primary factor "space" concept was discussed, its function, features and essence of the analysis, reveal the nature of the built environment is not a purely physical space, but in between the human, material and of the multiple relationships which a variety of sites significance. The third part, the paper first to live in the mainstream of modern architecture ideas will rely on the significance of building a purely physical space, which machinery and too much emphasis on aesthetics of the main subject but the neglect of the sexual practices such as a critical analysis, this is leading to the existing built environment exchanges between the main feature missing, and this may ultimately erased based on the construction of equal exchanges. So the modern of human exist from the point view of human form of exchanges between the functional needs of the built environment. Finally, the significance of the built environment itself further discussion of specific exchanges between the built environment is the venue: either from the cities to the villages, from the road to the square, from the public space to private space, from the outdoor environment to the indoor environment, from decoration to the furniture layout And so on, the built environment to human exchanges have played an effective regulation, guidance, control, promotion, obstruction and other important practical role. The nature of interpersonal relationships, intensity, frequency and direction, and the natural, social, cultural, economic, scientific, technological, political and other factors and changes, will influence the decisions or the built environment design and construction. Finally, the above analysis, we believe that the built environment design and construction only the realization of the inter-subjectivity, and through exchanges with people of the total, and the people in the land of the dwelling, or the realization of the human person .The existence, we can really form of man and nature, man and society, people's overall harmony.
