| Cab signal is considered as the evidence of the railway transporting security, and its position become more and more dominant. As the constantly speedy Chinese railway and the formulaic change of the cab signal, the actual testing items have increased in practice. However, the current testing devices are far from sufficient for the present cab signal testing demands. Thus a sort of intelligent testing system for entering and leaving the garage of the cab signal is the focus of the analysis and research of this paper. The main concerns of the paper:(1) Select the cab signal as the testing target and do meticulous analysis and research of the testing principles on the basis of collecting a large amount of references and consulting professionals. The result of this test reveals the inherent features of the cab signal test and provides theoretical basis for the realization of the system in the future.(2) In order to solve the above problem, the research starts from the systemic function and the needs of the users with the help of the computer soft ware and hard ware techniques to develop a testing system which is the combination of the advantages of the systematism, intelligent, availability of networking. Together with the accordingly selected GPRS wireless data communications technology, it is made as the plan of the testing information conveying.(3) Put the expert system theory into the intelligent testing system for the coming in and gong out of the cab signal, and use the credibility reasoning Methods to judge and analyze the testing information, which achieve the expected result.(4) An intelligent testing system soft ware for entering and leaving the garage of the cab signal is designed on the basis of the expert system theory. The system has been endowed the ability of detection and diagnosis, simulation graphics, statements records and automatic alarm. Different detailed revises are made to fulfill the needs of users of various levels. Moreover, A great effort is given to improve the interfacial friendliness.The superiority of the system lies in its use of the GPRS, which has the characteristics of wide coverage and high-efficiency data; accurate on line intelligent fault diagnosis and low development costs. The intelligent testing system for entering and leaving the garage of the cab signal can accelerate the timeliness and reliability of the cab signal test, which has high practical value in railway transportation. |
