HEV is different from the traditionary combustion engine vehicle and EV. HEV normally use more than two power device to drive the vehicle so that each of them can work coordinately in their most efficient working range. And HEV gives a answer to the resolution to the environment pollution and resource and excites many countries' government, vehicle company and parts supplier's interesting.This thesis focuses on the HEV test bed development and research.First, introduce the hybrid vehicle test technology, and hybrid vehicle key technology; analysis the function of the hybrid test bed based on the development process andThen, though the analysis of the hybrid test bed's function, design a hybrid test bed system based on PUMA Open dynamic test system. To make sure the entire power train device work well, design a proper connection method. The junction between the engine and clutch; the junction between the clutch and electric motor; and the shaft between the dynamometer and electric motor. To meet the requirement of the hybrid test bed, design a device to acquire engine speed signal and a control program and a program to start the engine. Though the engine static and dynamic performance test, electric motor dynamic test and clutch controller calibration to prove the hybrid test bed's function.Finally, analysis the coordinate control issue, a key technology in HEV development process. To development a hybrid coordinate control system based on dSPACE/Matlab and a control strategy. Run the coordinate control test on the hybrid test bed, the test result proves the control strategy and the signification and function of the hybrid test bed.
