| Micro Turbine Engine(MTE)test bench,as an important part of the development and improvement of MTE,has attracted more and more attention in the development process of MTE.The research of the micro combustor is one of the key technologies in the process of MTE-development.Aiming at the experimental study of combustion characteristics of micro combustor,a micro measurement and control system platform based on virtual instrument is designed.The measurement and control system consists of a test bench and a virtual instrument measurement and control platform.It can measure and control the fuel and air flow rate of the micro combustor,measure the exit temperature of the combustion chamber and display,analyze and store the state parameters of the micro combustor in real time.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the basic requirements of the measurement and control system are analyzed,and the hardware experimental platform of the measurement and control system is designed.The main contents include: the design of fuel flow measurement and control system,the design of air flow measurement and regulation system,the design of combustion chamber outlet temperature measurement system and the design of single chip computer control system.Secondly,aiming at the problem that the flow control accuracy of fuel flow is easily affected by factors such as combustion chamber pressure,fuel pump characteristics,power supply voltage,etc.in the process of control,this paper focuses on the research and puts forward a PID-type fuzzy controller based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)to improve the control accuracy of fuel flow.Compared with the traditional PID controller,the PID-type fuzzy controller can effectively overcome the problem of decreasing control accuracy caused by the change of fuel control system characteristics.In addition,in order to improve the control accuracy of the fuzzy PID controller,particle swarm optimization is used to optimize the control parameters of the PID-type fuzzy controller.Finally,the virtual instrument platform of MTE measurement and control system is developed by using LabVIEW development tools,and its effectiveness is verified by experiments.The main functions of the instrument platform include real-time display fuel flow,air temperature,pressure,outlet temperature of combustion chamber and air flow. |
