| In power industry, particularly in the thermal power plants, full range simulation system include all operating conditions has been got a large-scale application. It usually play an irreplaceable role in the newcomer training, optimization of control strategy, verification of reform effect in unit and etc. Power station (including thermal power plant, hydropower station, nuclear power plant) has the complex physical structure. The entire production process is also the most complex one in industry. Therefore power plant simulation support system needs to satisfy such demands as large scale computation, good performance in real time and stability, and complete simulation of the whole process of power generation. As a modeling platform of simulation system, simulation support system also should provide a development environment for model development staff with stable,efficient and friendly user interface development environment.At present, the stimulative simulation mode based on virtual DCS has been gradually becoming the mainstream mode of power station simulation system. This model retains the full function of host computer of DCS and separates the simulation between Control system and production process. The advantage also be reflected in the optimization of control strategy and verification of reform effect. From the perspective of software development, applying object-oriented technology to system design and development has tended to mature. Unified modeling language has also made the use of object oriented technology more simple and efficient. That is why this paper makes a research on the design and implementation in power plant simulation support system based on object oriented technology. The main research contents are shown as follows.This paper introduces the development of power plant simulation support system, investigates the simulation system structure based on the virtual DCS and applies the Object oriented program design method to the design and implementation of simulation supporting system. The modularize design of five functions include algorithm library management, graphic modeling, real-time data management, coach management and network communication. Finally, this paper introduces an application of a600MW supercritical unit simulation system. |
