Study On The Relationship Between Economic And Social Development And Water Resources Carrying Capacity In Chunhua County

The present paper analyzed and calculated the present situation of water resources in Chunhua County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province while the year of 2015 was seleted as the current year. Then the social economy and water resources system was divided into social system, economic system, ecological system and water resources system for deep analysis.Then Vensim software was used to establish SD analysis model of water resources to analyse carrying capacity in Chunhua County, and finally get the following conclusions:(1)The amount of surface water resources in Chunhua County was 4.710×107 m~3 , the amount of ground water resources was 2.386×107 m~3, the amount of repeat content water was 1.6353×107 m~3,so the total amount of water resources was 5.462×107 m~3?The amount of available surface water was 4.915×107 m~3 , the amount of available ground water was 1.0164×107 m~3, so the amount of available water in Chunhua County was 5.118×107 m~3.(2) Under the status quo of development scheme, Jinghe river district is mainly to develop agriculture, Weihe river basin area is mainly to develop industry and Weihe river Basin water demand will far outweigh the Jinghe river basin, the rational allocation of water resources and scheduling can ease the water shortage situation in Weihe river basin.(3) Under the scheme of economic development, there will be a shortage of water resources in two areas of Chunhua County, and the amount of water shortage will be more and more large. Under the scheme, the water resource scheduling can not solve the problem of water shortage in the two regions. And the program will lead to not noly overexploitation of water resources and groundwater,but also the deterioration of the ecological environment and a series of serious consequences.(4) Under the type of resource and environmental protection scheme, Jinghe River District is not lack of water.environmental protection scheme under the Jinghe River Basin area and Ishikawa River areas are more than water, and water. Under the scheme, the discharge of sewage in Chunhua county is greatly reduced, and the maintenance of water resources and ecological environment is guaranteed.(5) Under the comprehensive development plan, compared with the other schemes,the construction industry, the third industry and the status of agricultural development are improved.Under the proposed scheme,the supply and demand will reach a relatively balanced and the discharge of sewage will be reduced,the protection of the ecological environment will be strengthened,and the water resources will be more reasonable and effective.
