Study On The Database System Of Resource And Environmental Attributions Of Common Manufacturing Processes

Green Manufacturing is the essential way to resolve the environment pollution problem in manufacturing, and is one of the pivotal approaches to achieve the source control of environment pollution. The resource consumption and the environment infection in the production process is the most in the whole manufacturing, and the production process is compose by lots of processes, so the research of green process is the most basic and important part in the actualize of the green manufacturing technology in the manufacturing field. This paper takes the common processes in manufacturing as the main research object, study its resource and environmental property in-depth, the main research content as follow:(1) Analysis the characteristics of the common processes'resource and environmental property data, research the resource and environmental property of production process, and construct the analysis frame of processes'resource and environmental property. In allusion to the uncertain and multifold of the processes'resource and environmental property data, and the dispersive of environment release, research the guide line system of the resource consumption and the environmental infection, and ascertain the guide line system of the processes'resource and environmental property. The guide line system concludes the gene layerâ… guide line and the gene layerâ…¡guide line.(2) Base on the construction of guide line system and the IPO listing, the methods of measuring and acquiring the resource and environmental property data of common processes is assured, which helping make sure what data is needed in the assessment of the characteristic of common processes. Assess the green characteristics of common processes base on the assessment model of resource and environmental property which attribute to processes.(3) Construct a resource and environmental attributions of common manufacturing processes database to sustain the assessment of the green characteristic of common processes. The database is composed by green process database, knowledge database and users'management database. Users can query and manage the resource and environmental property data of common processes from the database.(4) On the basis of the above research conclusion, combining earlier research results and the development of network environment based on the Internet, the database system of resource and environmental attributions of common manufacturing processes has developed and applied. A case is integrated to testify all above-mentioned research contents and the application results have made.
