The process of construction is characterized by long term, great amount of resource and energy consumption and waste discharging. This process would effect seriously on the environment and resources. So to wide spread the green construction which takes energy saving and pollution reducing as its principle is of great significance to pursue the sustainable development strategy of construction and popularize of green building.First, this thesis describes connotation of green construction technology. Green construction conception had experienced three stages: environmentally neutral construction, clean production and green construction, it's developing to ecologically conscious construction which is the higher level. Refers to the related technical guideline for green building and appraisal system standard in domestic and foreign, we established the more systematic green construction technical system which is composed by green selected location, green resources, green production, green product. It includes four contents, two processes and two desired goals.Second, according to the contents and concept of green construction technical system, green construction could be defined as"the construction technical which do minimum impact to the environment, reduce the cost of energy and resources, and realize the sustainable development through the effective management system and green technology."Green construction includes three aspects. The first one is to adopt green construction material, to reduce the cost of resources. The second one is to clean the process of construction, control pollution. The third one is to strengthen the management of sanitary and civilization on site. In this thesis, after recognizing the environment factors of each part project through the process analysis method, the environment factor list in each period of construction that caused by the main pollution such as air pollutant, water pollutant, soil pollution, radioactive contamination, light pollution, solid waste, noise pollution and energy consumption can be obtained. The environmental influence model of each period of construction can be established. The results show that noise pollution, solid waste, air pollutant, light pollution and radioactive contamination are the important environment factors during the process of construction. The environmental loads of green construction can be studied from two aspects of green construction material and the process of the green construction. On the basis of data collection, statistics and calculation, we get the production energy consumption and the amount of CO2 discharged of per unit of construction materials, for example steel, aluminum, architectural glass and building sanitary ceramic. Furthermore we analysis their quantifiable impact to energy and environment loads. The thesis builds assessment methods of comparing greenhouse gas which different residential structure produces to environmental loads impact and verifies the methods through case calculation.Third, the thesis establishes the assessment system of green construction material from four aspects of resource consumption, energy consumption, environmental impact, durability. It includes the basic standard and the specific criteria. It provides the contents and scoring method of both of the two standards.Finally, the theory of fussy mathematics and analytical hierarchy process, systematic engineering are used to establish the effect evaluation system which includes hierarchy model of green construction as well as the code system, index weight, the standard and the ways of assessing. This assessment system of green construction has many advantages which are relatively comprehensive content, systematic and hierarchical evaluation indicators, quantitative classification standards, simple calculation process and easy to operate. By example test, the evaluation system is feasible in practical application.
