| Based on the summarization of the existing problems in the assembly production line and the analysis of present assembly line balancing method, a workstation balancing method of single-model axle assembly line and mixed-model axle assembly line is put forward from the point of view of not considering the practical application restriction and workstation allotting of mixed-model assembly line to avoid the deficiencies of present assembly line balancing methods such as the shortage of association ,system and integration .On the basis of combining current planning methods and assembly line balancing theory technology, through analyzing on the flow of axle assembly, global optimization is put forward to restriction eliminating the order of assembly techniques by punishing function, and optimizing the production cycle time and balancing ratio at the same time, investigating the question of optimization on mixed-model axle workstation allotting of mixed-model assembly line, and the last is simulation calculate by example. Strengthening the feasibility, effectiveness and prediction of strategies of single-model axle assembly line and mixed-model axle assembly line workstation allotting .This method provides the assembly line with a effective way, especially in workstation allotting and balancing of axle assembly line. |
