| With the improvement of living standards,new energy vehicles have become a part of people’s daily life,and people’s requirements for new energy vehicles are increasing.Consumers consider from many aspects such as price,quality and energy consumption.In addition,the number of enterprises entering the new energy vehicle market is increasing,and the material price and production cost are rising,resulting in increasingly fierce market competition.BQ company is a new energy vehicle manufacturing company.In order to improve the problems existing in the assembly line and optimize the assembly efficiency,this paper finds out the problems and formulates targeted optimization schemes based on the theory and methods of industrial engineering.Firstly,the corresponding information is obtained through data crawling and questionnaire survey to clarify the product optimization direction of FT hybrid engine.By drawing the product flow chart to analyze the assembly status,it is concluded that the layout of FT product assembly line is unreasonable.The process exceeds the standard beat and the workshop environment is dirty.Secondly,put forward the corresponding optimization scheme for the problem and implement it: in terms of workshop layout,scientifically adjust the assembly process by using the principles of "5W1H" and "ECRS",design the assembly line layout with Flexsim simulation software,put forward the U-shaped assembly line layout,merge the three assembly lines of FT products into a U-shaped assembly line,and reduce the ineffective movement of employees,Make the whole assembly process more coherent;In terms of assembly process,the methods of two handed operation analysis,simplification and combination of processes,design of new tools and adjustment tooling are used to optimize the process.Aiming at the balance problems of the first and second types of assembly lines,the linear programming model is constructed and solved with Lingo software to obtain the minimum number of workstations and the optimal production beat,so as to reduce the working hours of bottleneck workstations below the standard;In terms of workshop environment and resource consumption,6S management method is used to improve the working environment of FT product assembly site,and specific measures are put forward to reduce the waste of resources.Finally,it puts forward targeted safeguard measures for the enterprise’s system,organization,technology and culture,so as to provide continuous support for the optimization of BQ assembly line.The optimized FT product assembly line improves assembly efficiency,at the same time,it also provides reference for similar manufacturing enterprises to solve similar problems. |
