The clutch plate group’s compaction and release directly controlls the clutch’s cutting and combining.The assembly quality of the clutch plate group directly affects the car’s smooth starting and shift smoothness.At present,the clutch plate group parts are assembled manually or by rigid assembly line,Because the plate group parts have different types,and each type is differ from others structurally,it’s very prone to assembly wrong,product assembly efficiency is low and the stability of assembly quality is poor.Flexible assembly production is a kind of advanced intelligent production methods,and is the target for the automobile production enterprises to ensure the quality of production and improve production efficiency.Flexible assembly line can be based on customer demand,produce different models and configurations of products on the same production line.Flexible production line simulation is one of the advanced technologies used in automobile manufacturing industry,it is based on computer simulation technology,simulation of the real production process by software model to forecast the production system,so as to find the bottleneck problems in the production process,to help decision makers to find and solve problems,to achieve stability control of quality and improve production efficiency.Based on the development status and trends of automatic assembly line,and research on the theoretical knowledge of discrete event system simulation,firstly,this paper made a detailed study on the current situation of the assembly line of automobile industry and the theory of balance of production line firstly,and apply several common evaluation indexes of manufacturing production system to verify the balance of assembly line;Secondly,made a detailed analysis on the company’s overall planning and specific requirements of the plate group parts assembly line.Thirdly,based on the theory of production line balance,simulated the model and analyzed to determine the bottleneck problem in the production system.Using the scientific evaluation index to evaluate the balance degree of the assembly line,the optimization measures are put forward to be incorporated into the simulation model of the flexible assembly line to re-analyze,and then verify the feasibility of the optimization measures.Finally,put the simulation and optimization results into real production,to realize the flexible assembly of the clutch plate group parts.The actual production shows that the optimized flexible assembly line greatly reduces the production cost,improve the assembly efficiency and flexibility,improve the assembly quality stability,improve productivity,maximize meet the business requirements of assembly quality,provide a reference platform for the production of flexible assembly of automobile parts,so it has some practical significance.
