People use tools in the job and life. Its appearance form is also a key factor that whether people accepted or not, except its specific functions. The shape of the pneumatic / electric tools need to satisfy people 's visual aesthetic needs, also to meet the operator physiological characteristics of the requirements and increase the use of comfort, so that tools could play a greater performance.The external form of implement handle and the comfortableness research is limited to qualitative analysis currently. Therefore, carry out quantitative analysis of the shape of the handle design and evaluation has a high level of theoretical value and engineering applications.One reasonable assessment to implement handle's appearance is whether the pressure on the distribution of the palm of your hand is according with hand's physiology characteristic.Based on major scientific and technological projects in the "product-oriented innovative digital design platform and the chemical industry in the pneumatic / electric tools in the application of product development (2005 C11038)",Research, development, pneumatic / electric tools handle pressure distribution measurement system.In this paper, hardware design, software development and test of the three, analyses the principle of the test system, structure and evaluation tests particularly.The research including the followings:1. In the process of analyzing aerodynamic / electric tools, handle contour design needs to meet demand, bring out the necessity of development in the pneumatic / electric tools handle pressure distribution measurement system.2. Overall design of test system.3. Test system hardware design, firmware design, DLL Dynamic Database Design.4. Test system software design, including data acquisition module, analysis module, data storage and playback module.5.
