Realization Of On-line Monitoring System Of Power Quality And PQDIF

The 21^st century is an era of information and internet. With the development of the computer, microelectronics and network technology, the Monitoring System of Power Quality develops towards network. It is the premise condition that strengthening management in power system operation and enhancing the operation level is to establish a scientific, accurate on-line Monitoring System of Power Quality. For the various disadvantages of Monitoring System of Power Quality based on the traditional C/S model, this paper presents the design concept of Monitoring System based on B/S three-tier architecture, and completes the exploitation of the whole system by using computer and network technology, and discusses the physical, logic structure and data compression which are recommended by IEEE. The position of PQDIF in the Monitoring System and the concrete realization method are also presented, and the conversion of PQDIF by use of COM and DELL technology.
