| Tiny-oil ignition is late-model technology of saving energy which had been recommended throughout the country since the"10th Five-Year Plan". It can intensly reduce the fuel consumption when the biolers are ignited at cold conditions and are burning for low-load stable combustion. In this paper,the research of the tiny-oil ignition technology are divided into four segments according to it fundamental principle: fuel pulverization,fuel combustion,coal powder concentration,coal powder combustion,then every section of these segments has been simulated and optimized, finally some conclusion , for example , design parameter ofatomization device,air–distributing method,angle of coal powder concentrator ,had been drawn.The study way used in this paper is the union of thermal experiment and Fluent numerical simulation,This article is based on the tiny-oil ignition reformation of certain 350MW plant in Fuxin Liaoning and analyses actual situation comprehensively. |
