A Case Study Of The Earthwork Comprehensive Utilization In Regional

The earthwork comprehensive utilization is important content of the circulatory use of ground and underwater land resources in sea-route dredge up project. In the current sea route dredge up project in our country, the implementation of earthwork lacks fundamental research, the use of earthwork is unbending, it enlarged the land resource waste to a certain extent, reduced the land use efficiency, also did harm to the economical society's construction.The comprehensive utilization of earthwork is a new topic in the sea-route construction, also is a new task in land resource use at present. Based on the regional land utilization research results, the utilization of earthwork which is a kind of unique land resource in sea-route dredge up is discussed in the article, the conception and connotation of earthwork utilization are proposed, and the analysis of the regional earthwork utilization on the competition cooperation mechanism and the exploration of the regional earthwork utilization pattern are carried on. The anticipated research results will promote the fundamental research depth of earthwork utilization and the synthesis of land utilization discipline, geography, sociological, economic and hydraulic engineering, and enrich the research theory and method of land utilization discipline.This paper focuses on two organizing modes of earthwork comprehensive utilization: "core -edge" mode and network mode. The core - edge mode of earthwork comprehensive utilization is formed under the guidance of the core- edge theory. It contains landscape use and land use. Earthwork comprehensive utilization is not only related to the main aspects of close collaboration use relations, and related industries also take part in them, then become the symbiotic integration model formed under many mechanisms, and form a network organization mode of earthwork comprehensive utilization. The network organization models also include the construction of development zones and building material industries use and the use of major road projects.On the analysis of related theory and the experimental earthwork utilization of sea route renovation project in Lianyungang port, the research on earthwork utilization is conducted.Finally, insufficient is summarized and further discussion on the related topics of earthwork utilization is proposed.
