Sustainable Development Research On New Countryside Community

China is a country with huge members of countryside, the well solution of countryside, agriculture and farmer is the most important thing of development in this stage. The socialism new rural reconstruction had been stated explicitly by our Party in important conference recently, and the rural construction of our country came to a new age. This article studies emphatically on the new countryside community construction from Plan study, it basises on the socialism new rural reconstruction and regarding the realization of the sustainable development as the total principle and ultimate objective.The logical organization of the article is a process of question discovery and solution, it manifested though eight parts: the first and second parts can be seemed as the localization process of the question, we elaborate the research background and signification of the new countryside community construction, explain and limit the conception concerned, explicit the research aim, method and mentality in the first part. In the second part, we research on the correlated community plan theory of domestic and foreign, we summary and analysis,and finally gain some usefull information. The solution of the question first is coming after the contradiction of discovery, we state the present situation of our rural construction in the third part, mention the problems in the construction from different aspects, and deeply analyse the reasons. The problem finding proides a reference to solution, the forth part of the thesis limited the times mission and design demand of the new countryside community construction as its general outline and guiding edeology. The fifth and sixth parts are the most important part of the thesis, they provide problem solution from both sociology`s and special field`s. In the 5th part, we study on the new residential quarters community plans in a synthesis way from many aspects such as land, economy, estate, humanity and natural. We research on the new countryside community construction from special field angle as the spatial distribution, fuction structure, traffic orgnazation, afforest landscape, and we list some of the most popular energy-effcient technology in the world to prove sustainable development. The 7th part lists several cases which were designed by myself, and these examples can verify the theory all above well. In the last part, this thesis can be sammed up as a structure of Problem fixing position-Problem discovery-Problem solution-Cases verify, and we sum up the whole text in this part.
