This paper takes monitoring and analyzing of hydro generator units vibration as the research object that deals with the importance of hydro generator units vibration measurement and analysis. The existing research status, the developing trends and the application prospects for hydro generator units of vibration monitoring are introduced in details.Accordingly, the vibration theory, the vibration sources and vibration signal analysis, processing technology of turbine generator units are analyzed, sorted out and finalized so as to lay a solid foundation for the establishment of the measurement and analysis system of vibration for hydro-units.Virtual Instrument is selected for hydropower Vibration Monitoring Unit as development platform. Through analysis of the advantages of virtual instrumentation and the needs to hydropower unit vibration monitoring, this paper proposing a design philosophy and implement method, also studied a modular software and hardware structures and functional structure of the method.Software is divided into six modules which is data acquisition, online data analysis, the vibration test, database management, and history statements, long-distance communication, in order to achieve the vibration of the hydropower generating units of the real-time digital acquisition, monitoring, analysis, storage, testing and remote diagnostic capabilities. Also analyze the signal time, frequency domain analysis and image control methods in the realization of LabVIEW.providing power spectrum and track of axes three-dimensional effect which is more visualization to display the result of analysis data. In addition database management module is related to the feasibility and stability of the system data as a whole, and these data are important basis for master and judgment unit running state, so this paper do a further detailed design in this modules.In the development process I also put forward feasible solutions for synchronous sampling, periodic arrays, the data form design, data storage, compression, screening, report generation, remote communication and other issues.The system has a friendly interface, high-speed stability processing units, a powerful data analysis capability, massive database storage, short development cycle, easy maintenance and expansion characteristics. Through experiments show that the system has high reliability and stability, that will have good prospects. |
