Meter and concentrator are usual equipment in electric power system. With development of the automatization and management in power system, data exchange between different equipments become more and more frequent. Data compatibility between different equipment communication frames is mentioned inevitably. So it's important for resolving muli-protocol compatibility and increasing the program maintainability by using an arithmetic which base on concluding usual protocols.This thesis indicates the shortcoming in normal arithmetic based on the current work, and then gives a data frame creating and analyzing arithmetic in communication between electronic meter and concentrator or between application software and firmware. The arithmetic separate the data and program by OOP method, supporting the protocol detail data by external data source. So the program can only focus on the arithmetic detail not on the protocol data. This arithmetic can be widely applied and is all-purpose. Encapsulated object can be used in application software, the design theory can be used in firmware communication program. The design has been used in application and is proved to be effective. This article gives the process of module creating and key arithmetic flow.
