Design And Implementation Of Four-in-One Intelligent Meter Reading Concentrator

With the continuous development of science and technology,the Internet of Things,cloud computing and other new generation of information technology have been constantly innovated,building a smart city has become an inevitable trend of social development and progress.As an important part of the public service field of smart city,electricity,water,gas and heat are inseparable from people's daily life.The traditional manual meter reading mode which separates electricity,water,gas and heat is not only inefficient,but also inaccurate and complete.With the development of the city,its workload also rises.Therefore,using the new intelligent meter reading technology,intellectualized meter reading with "four-in-one" and data centralized management are the problems to be solved urgently at present.At present,the emergence of remote automatic meter reading technology has initially solved the problem of intelligent meter reading.However,the development of intelligence in the four industries of electricity,water,gas and heat is different in China.There are still many difficulties in realizing centralized management of "four-in-one" by means of remote automatic meter reading technology.Concentrator is an important part of remote automatic meter reading technology,and it is also an important part of data collection of four meters.therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the intelligent meter reading concentrator of "four-in-one"This paper takes the concentrator in the three-layer equipment of the remote automatic meter reading system as the research object,studies and designs the "four-in-one" intelligent meter reading concentrator,The concentrator can send and receive data with the main station according to the remote communication,and can automatically collect data for most of the electric,water,gas and heat meters of different protocols by using the principle of protocol conversion in local communication,processing and storing table count data.The main research of this paper is divided into four parts: The first part is based on the concentrator technology principle,research and formulate the design scheme of "four-in-one" intelligent meter reading concentrator,mainly including communication channel,protocol conversion principle,MCU,database.The second part is the research and design of the concentrator's hardware.With NUC975 as the core development board,the hardware function of the intelligent meter reading concentrator is studied and realized.The specific hardware circuit is designed,which mainly includes remote communication hardware,local communication hardware and other functional hardware.The third part is the research and design of the software of the concentrator.The software function of the intelligent meter reading concentrator based on embedded Linux is studied and realized,including four meter reading,remote communication,database and other functions.The fourth part is the test and analysis of the intelligent meter reading concentrator based on the research and design.
