Its commitment to convergence of various means of transportation to ensure the people's transfer. it has important and far-reaching significance on improving the integrate efficiency of railway system , and other method of passenger's transfer , and the convenience for passenger's travel. In this paper, railway passenger transport hub for transfer is researched.After the completing of the railway transportation special line (RTSL), it will stimulate people's travel and avtivate the new generating capacity by the high-speed railroad technological advance,well-equipped, safe and reliable.The method of Passenger trade include as follows:some people will still select the railway,and others will select other transportation modes. RTSL will be a new method of the transportation when it completed for the passenger's selection of traveling, it will attrack other.So it is an important the factor to be considered for passenger transfer.From the perspective of the operating organization, when the completing of the railway transportation special line (RTSL) .fist, it analyses the method and principle of transfer's flow organization between the railway passenger transport and urban transfer. second, it analyses the transfer between the railway and city's traffic tools, such as urban rail transportation, ground public transportation, community vehicles, bicycles and on foot. the content of detail research include: the method of transfer, the service information for transfer and the symbol of guiding and so on.The transfer of the railway, the introduction of the same lines as the hub of the various bus terminal. Transit passengers to face with the transfer station or stations across the problems arising from the transfer.It researched that how to improve the efficiency of passenger transfer by the analyse of subsequent transfer of equipment, the train continued, Train and bus terminal, Then proposed the railroad station operation organization which may optimized including train grouping, each kind of streamline organization, the bootstrap marking system and the passenger service information system four aspects, and has studied each aspect specific optimized method and the content.Finally,it analyses the appraisal quota and establishes it by the method of level analytic ,fuzzy synthesis judgment ,gray connection and data envelope analysis,and the use the fuzzy synthesis judgment model to analysis the appraisal quote,so it can judege the efficiency of the railway passenger's transfer,at last ,it uses an example to analysis it.
