| The purpose of traffic impact analysis is to evaluate and analyze the impact range and intensity of increasing traffic volume to the ambient transportation facilities when it come into operation, and then the relief Countermeasure or revise the scheme can be proposed in order to maintain a certain service level, to implement compensation plan, so that to reduce the negative effects that the project brings to mitigate the pressure produced by the incremental volume of traffic that project initiate to the ambient of road system.Having collected and analyzed the correlative data, the paper gives a summary for the research on traffic impact analysis both in and abroad, and an estimation as well, then the aim of the paper is given.According to the characteristics of traffic impact analysis to the large scale cultural and sport infrastructures, elaborating the characteristics of its' trip production, In the foundation of the trip production models . this paper proposes the based on activity saturated rate computing method of the trip production forecast to the large scale cultural and sport infrastructures. For the traffic impact analysis area, this paper proposes a computing method based on the service level of crossway. According to the contents of the traffic influence degree evaluating for the large scale cultural and sport infrastructures: road, crossway, parking facilities, urban public transportation facilities, this paper proposes evaluation indexs .evaluation method and the method of the compound evaluation index, compound evaluation index.Based on the traffic impact analysis, because the large scale cultural and sport infrastructures holds different scale activities and the traffic influence degree is different, so this paper puts the traffic organization management of the large scale cultural and sport infrastructures to two types: normal traffic organization management and strengthen traffic organization management. |
