The lack of systematical traffic organization, not only loaded burden to the traffic, but also affected the traffic safety around the road work Adjacent Domains. This paper attempts to explore the traffic organization Solutionoriented research for the road work, through four aspects including the classification and the traffic characteristics of road work, the determination for the traffic impact analysis area, The Principle and process of the traffic organization scheme. On the basis research of domestic and abroad. The paper state the road work classification and the characteristic of driver, vehicle, road and the traffic flow on the central are. Also, the paper quoted the concept and the model of equivalent capacity, the determination of traffic impact analysis area for road work have been given, which based on the equicalent capacity-intersection cornering stability. Indentify the principle and process of the traffic organization scheme. Research the traffic organization of the pedestrian, nonmotor vehicle, bus line, intersection timing and the traffic distribution. And given the traffic diversion scheme in the end.Last, taken Haizhu bridege in Guangzhoum for an example. The oganization scheme for the pedestrian and nonmotor vehicle, the bus line and the distributary have been taken.
