| In the recent few years, the technology of three fields, which are computer, consumer and communication, are integrating constantly. For achiving the goal of complementing the advantages of the three technology ,and sharing the resources of the three fields,a new direction of researching has been appeared in the field of computer technology, which is the so called 3C technology. At present, more and more 3C products for home networking have merged in the market, indicating that there will be a great development of 3C technology in near future. Therefore, it has been a trend of research and development of the next generation electro-products using 3C technology.In this paper, based on the author's experiences of taking part in practical projects, the author brings forward a scheme of applying 3C technology to realizes the networking among TV, computer and PDA. The scheme consists of an architecture of networking and functional description of the scheme. In the physical layer, networking among various devises is implemented using Bluetooth and IEEE 802.11 protocal; in application layer, intelligent networking of these devises is implemented by UNNP protocol. The paper also gave out the software flowcharts for implementing networking of TV with other devises, and some detail of implementing UNNP in TV topbox. The paper also briefly described the networking schem, proposed by this paper, between handholding devises and computer, notebook computers At the last, a concluding remark on the advantage and drawback of the scheme was given and a prospective of future applications of 3C technology in home electronic products was made.
