Design And Development Of Power Transformation Management Information System

As an important part of the power network, substation's safe operation would influence the whole power system and the user. In order to arrange the plan of the examination and repair work, the managers of the substation need to know the status of the equipment, and they also need to settle and analyze the records of a long period. It is so heavy work that developing a MIS in power transformation is of great importance.Aiming to improve the management of Chengde power supply bureau, a MIS of power transformation named BDMS, which integrated the operation and repair is developed. The conception of the system is facing operation manager, essence data-oriented, using the B/S model, via the connection of the long-distance database, the leader can check the situation of the substation at any time, this will help moving up the management level of the substations.It is carried out the first time in this paper the Standardized Ordinance of Substation for North China Grid Company Limited, making the system standardized and easily operating. For the equipment accounting input, accounting template and appending equipment is brought out first, which can show the whole of the figure, and in the mean time, accord with the habit of the operator. Besides, the system realize in computer the main jobs of the bureau as the form of flow, which can integrated the operating and repair department, forming the closed loop management. All signature in the records are e-signature, it looks like signature by hand when printing, but it's safer than that.The BDMS in this paper can make criterion to the operators of the substation, and also can work as assistant to managers. This system would low the intension of the work, move the efficiency up, and make easy acceptance and usage.
