Thinking Over The Human-based Design Of The Renovation Of City Waterfront

After the renovation of the cities'industry, many areas in cities need to be reconstructed and renovated. The regeneration of city waterfront is growing very quickly in the world wild. This study focuses on the human-based design in the regeneration of city waterfront. In order to completely develop and use the city waterfront, the study is trying to find how to analysis and conclude the factors which related closely with the people acting in the place. At the same time, the study is trying to evaluation the human-based design in the project of the Haihe waterfront in Tianjin with very detailed information. In the beginning, it introduces the situation of waterfront regeneration aboard , the theory about the waterfront regeneration , the profiles and problem of such project in our country. Then, the article gives a boundary to the object of this study. The research mainly pays attention to how people reach and act in the waterfront of city. After analysis lots of samples, it summarizes the design methods of human-based design in city waterfront. Last, it gives a fully evaluation to the project of the Haihe waterfront in Tianjin, with survey questionnaire and allocated theories. Finally, the study conclude the main problem in the project and courntermes- ures to solve them.
