Research On The Countermeasure Of Urban Planning Management Of Tianjin

Under the background of continuous deepening in political, economic and social reform and development, as a government basic management function, the urban planning occupies a more and more important position; it is regarded as the leading item of urban construction and development. With Tianjin urban continuously upgrade and accelerate in planning process as well as in urban development, it is the inevitably requirement to conduct corresponding adjustment and reform of the urban planning management. This study is based on Tianjin urban development current situation, through the comparison with western urban planning management system, from a public management perspective to introduce the urban planning concept, attribute, characteristic as well as its status and function in the urban development. Besides a more explanation of Tianjin urban planning management administrative structure, it also makes a diagnosis to the problem of Tianjin urban planning management. It suggests a construct balanced planning,efficient planning,reflective planning,statutory planning and competitive planning, to promote TIanjin's urban construction and social economic sustainable development.
