Currently coal,oil and other natural energy supply is tight, National energy security issue has been put on the agenda.Corresponding to the Power Plant, the competition of bidding for accession to power networks forces the thermal power plant to save the cost and enhance the efficiency as well as management level. The efficiency of the boiler and steam turbine affects the thermal power plant economic indicator most. This needs to carry on effective monitor and the adjustment of Plant's operating efficiency, ensuring the displaying the most superior performance. Therefore, the research which suits the middle and small scale thermal power plant efficiency monitoring method, has very important theory significance and the use value. This article summarized the monitoring information system's design method and the applied research present situation, and has carried on the thermal power plant efficiency monitoring information system's design.This article first chapter is an introduction, first elaborates the topic background and the significance, summarized the question which power plant monitoring information system research's situation and the development direction as well as the present research meet, proposes this article prime task content.This article second chapter in view of the power plant main energy loss partial boilers and the steam turbine, discussed each aspect which has affected the power plant efficiency, as regards boiler uses pro and con zero-method counting method to count efficiency, as regards the steam turbine is used to heat the equivalent drop method to calculate , and according to the field data, carried on the efficiency target computation separately.This article third chapter of content is configuration software graphical interface design which is based on the VC++, uses the object-oriented method to carry on the vector chart plan, has designed the primitive class, the tool class, the collection class, realizes the graph plan, the group and pick up functions, and with edit and storage capabilities. Designing trends controls in the use of ActiveX, improves the process of openness and reusability, the graphical interface mapping function tends to complete.This article fourth chapter is about the real-time database design, first introduced real-time database theory, proposed real-time database design plan based on the memory , has analyzed the real-time data memory, the dispatch and the interactive functional module, has realized visit to real-time database, the memory, the inquiry basic function based on the C/S frame.This article fifth chapter of content is software's connection part, introduced the C/S model and the related agreement and the technology, realize the server end and the client side connection and the communication separately. In this chapter also realizes the historical database's communication.This article sixth chapter introduces the project realizes, we select the Force Control Software to realize the project which provides the power plant movement's complete picture and compute boiler and steam turbine's operating efficiency, the power plant leader may carry on the dispatch and the management to the entire power plant online. Operation staff may set running target value,if real-time value deviated from the target can propose alarm to remind staff to correct deviations operation, which could reduce coal consumption and improve operating efficiency unit.At last, the author summarizes all the works which have been done in the thesis, and look forward further explorations and research questions in the next work.The research development result indicated: This system fuses the configuration software and the optimized algorithm, enhances enterprise's automated level, the management level,save the energy,improve the work condition. Thermal power plant online observation system already in Zibo Zhou Cun Thermal power plant which has applied successful and reliable, and the system has achieved the design requirements, has brought the obvious economic efficiency and the social efficiency.
