With the research and application of small satellites in space field of our country, technique of space vehicle simulation needs attitude simulation systems of small satellites with high efficiency and low cost. The motion state of satellites in space can be simulated on mult-degree of freedom air bearing testbed. Especially three-axis air bearing testbed is the important simulative equipment on ground. The vortex torque is one of the main factors to affect the precision of air bearing testbed. This paper mostly researches the effect of vertex torque in three-axis air bearing testbed, which caused by manufacture errors and fix-errors of ball bearing.First of all, in the rectangular coordinate system, this paper applying pretreatment software of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to setup fluid filed models, and confirming reasonable boundary conditions. By computing time and again, compares the effect of load capacity of air bearing testbed in different mesh divided, it finds an appropriate mesh divided. What's more, it leads the model into CFD software, and analyzes the fluid field. When dimension precision, position precision and assembling precision of some air feed hole in different condition, it compares the effect of the vortex torque of ball bearing. Based on the result, it draws the curve and finds the inherent law. At last this paper founds a test table for measuring the vortex torque. This paper introduced the material and the characteristic of the ball bearing, which was used in the experimentation. It draws a pneumatic loop, indicates the requirement of air source, analyzes the principle of the experimentation, introduces the scheme of the experimentation,and takes an experimentation of the vortex torque which caused by assembling precision of ball bearing.This paper computes the vertex torque in air bearing testbed, which caused by manufacture errors and fix-errors of ball bearing. It finds out the law of the vertex torque. And it also indicates the scheme of the experimentation for measuring the vortex torque. At last, it introduces an experimentation of the vortex torque which caused by assembling precision of ball bearing.
