Compressed air is only the second largest electricity power energy, but also has many industrial uses of natural gas resources. It has been widely used in various Trolley, pneumatic equipment, instrumentation and automation control devices, and also has been used for scientific experiments. With the various users of compressed air gas source to improve the quality requirements, various compressed air drying and purification equipment has been used for the use of compressed air to the various sites.Compression heat regenerative dryer use the heat of the high-temperature exhaust air compressor to heated and regenerate the desiccant directly. It cancels the electric heater of normall designed heat type regenerative dryer. And because of regeneration without heating gas consumption, it makes the most saving of energy. It was desiged for the upgrade of air drying system of air compressed station.This paper selected CADS-360m3/min type heat-compressed as a research object, and introduces its system components, design, functions and characteristics of the presentation and analysis. Anotherwise, author design a distributed control system. The system uses two basic control structure, including upper-level monitoring and under- level control. Achieve the dynamic status display and the operation control equipment of operation equipment.
