In northern China,district heating has been more widely used.Heating scale expansion,heating mode diversification,heating system intellectualization has become a major trade.Consequent hydraulic Hydraulic imbalance and thermal imbalance have become increasingly complex,and they have been the bottleneck of the district heating technology for many years.Therefore,it is imperative for us to attach top priority to taking effective measures to solve these problems.In this paper,the author first presents a heating network balance adjustment method which is based on the heating hydraulic and thermal characteristics——the average temperature adjustment method,and then the author elaborates its principle and process in detail,hereafter the author test and verify the method by a actual district heating project.In addition, the author does some research in the application development for this method so that the relative flow cintrol method can be suitable for a plurality of different types of heating system.For the heating system which contains indirect connection, direct connection without water mixing equipment and direct connection with water mixing equipment,for the heating system which contains radiator heating and radiant floor heating,for the heating system which contains some special users,the author presents corresponding correction mode.From this the scopethe average temperature adjustment method will be greatly expand.Futhermore,the author establish the hydraulic partition mode for the district heating network which contains some uncontrolled thermal stations,and then describes the purpose.In this hydraulic mode,the author presents that utilizing the hydraulic correlation coefficient as evaluation to achieve the hydraulic partition,and then presents that utilizing the the degree of hydraulic influence to measure the impact of the uncontrolled thermal stations.Moreover,on the basis of the hydraulic partition,the author put forward some rehabilitation programs to solve the hydraulic imbalance problem,including quarantine measure for the hydraulic partition,quarantine measure for the uncontrolled thermal stations in the hydraulic partition and the self-adjusting measure for the hydraulic partition.Moreover,the author put forward the network balance adjustment tactics and operation adjustment tactics.
