Study On The Safety Supervision Of Dangerous Chemical's Transportation By Game Theory

Dangerous chemical's transportation is the important part in waterway shipping of our country .Recently, with the development of economy, petrol and chemical industry is more and more important to social economy's development. In modern economical life, the demand for chemical is larger and larger. It boosts the development of dangerous chemical's transportation in which waterway shipping is included.Dangerous chemical's transportation also leads threat to the safety of waterway shipping and people's economical life. Due to the peculiarity of the dangerous chemical, it could be very harmful to water and environment. Therefore, it is very significant to strengthen the safety administration in dangerous chemical's transportation.This paper begins with the concept of dangerous chemical. And then according to the trait of dangerous chemical, it states the threat which dangerous chemical leads to environment and the harm of its accident. At the same time, it analyses the situation of the dangerous chemical's transportation in our country in detail. And it also analyses the administration system of the dangerous chemical in our country.This paper makes the use of the stake holder theory, and analyses the interest relations among different interest groups in the safety supervision of dangerous chemical's transportation. It applies the game theory which includes collective effect, dynamic game theory and agent theory, set an interest model for the safety supervision of dangerous chemical's transportation, and analyses the game relations among transportation companies, maritime safety administration and transportation companies, government supervision and maritime safety administration, central government and local governments.Finally, according to this analysis, this paper comes up with the strategy about strengthening the safety supervision of dangerous chemical's transportation.
