Research On The Safety Management Of China Waterborne Dangerous Goods Transportation

With the rapid development of China's economy in recent years,dangerous goods are playing a more and more important role in production.There is an increasing demand of transportation of dangerous goods.More and more ships which carry dangerous goods are travelling across rivers and coast.Transportation safety accidents happen now and then.And it is a serious threat to Chinese water ecological environment and people's life and property safety.So it means a lot to study the problem of supervision of dangerous goods in order to enhance the reality of safety and standards of management.It is very important to stability of society and economy.Safety Supervision Department of water transport of dangerous goods including Department of maritime affairs takes an important burden of protection of maritime traffic safety and against pollution to the waters of ships,especially the potential harm caused by transportation of dangerous goods.In fact,there are still some problems that weaken the efficiency of the supervision in China's supervision of dangerous goods.Emergency rescue's low capability is prominent among the problems.In this article,I will reveal the shortcoming and problems of China's supervision of water transport of dangerous goods safety based on the situation of China's supervision of water transport of dangerous goods.I will combine the practical example of developed country's supervision strategy with the reality of China's supervision of water transport of dangerous goods,using the theory of public administration to make out an effective way of China's supervision of water transport of dangerous goods initially.
